Day #2 of Grateful

What is this all about — My Objective

Day #1 of Grateful

As you read the things I am grateful for each day, you will begin to see it does not take much to make me happy. I have learned that big things grow from the smaller things in life!

On Monday after posting the entry “Day #1 of Grateful” my day began to go downhill quickly. However, through much perseverance on my part, in a few hours it took an uphill turn and things worked out in the end. So I now have two additional things to be grateful for!

  • I am grateful my — immediate — dental issues got straightened out! It seems the dentist did not fill out the insurance papers properly and the claim was denied. Once I went to work on it I got it straightened out!
  • Most of all, I am grateful that I have the dental insurance in the first place! I would have much worse problems if I did not!
  • I am grateful my friend Kevin, who is an expert on Movable Type, fixed my Commenting problem and people can Comment once again and not get the dreaded “Page Not Found” error.
  • I am grateful the last digital pictures I took were the best I took so far. (This means I am learning how to use my camera!)
  • Most of all, I am grateful to live in a free country where I get to “VOICE MY OPINION” and “VOTE” for whom I wish to protect me for the next four years!
I realize some of this seems silly, but in the big picture it is all important. For example:
  • The dental issue is a big one, that would not have been a joke had it been true.
  • The Commenting issue was a problem in making Blog Views By Roz interactive, besides being an embarrassment each time the Page Not Found error presented itself.
  • The improvement of my digital picture taking is important as I plan to use these images as a base for some of my artwork.
  • Last but not least, living in a free society speaks volumes for itself!
As I told you... it does not take much to make me happy!

Normally these four items would be added to a much longer list that I do each morning. As much as I want to share, some of it is very personal!

NOTE: If you just dropped in and have no idea what this is all about, please read my objective.

Come back tomorrow for Day #3 of Grateful!
