Day #17 of Grateful

It almost seems like I am living under a continuous full moon, however, I refuse to give in.

Today's list of grateful includes:
  • I am trudging through some bureaucratic red tape and more than ever, I am grateful for the alternatives! Things could surely be worse!
  • My backup computer had a hiccup yesterday, and I am grateful it is now fixed. Astoundingly enough, Dell's tech support guy helped me within 15 minutes. He was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Certainly not what I have experienced in the past year. I only hope this is a new beginning for Dell and that they listened to all of us who complained about the outsourcing to India. I am grateful for getting someone who knew which end was up and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
  • I attended a wonderful teleseminar today at http://www.AnnieJenningsPR.com/teleseminars.htm entitled:
Email Newsletters: Marketing Your Expertise One Page At A Time with Roger Parker. Just fabulous! I am grateful to have been able to attend and gain all the knowledge shared. Roger's technique is fabulous and after hearing him I am almost a believer that writing a monthly eNewsletter can be fun.
Have a good evening!

Please come back tomorrow for Day #19 of Grateful.
