Review: Seminar - Write a Book in 7-10 Days

After attending the one-hour seminar at Annie Jennings PR... “How To Write A Book In 3-10 Days (Even If You Can't Type)” With Featured Expert, Michele Blood I've become a believer.

Michele's enthusiasm was non-stop and she spent a complete hour sharing her techniques and secrets for success with the teleseminar attendees. It was one of the most exciting phone seminars I have attended to date!

BETWEEN YOU AND I... When I first attended the seminar I did not think it even related to me, but was I in for a surprise!

Michele broke down the techniques for writing a book in 3-10 days into a series of questions. The questions formed the outline for the book. Once you went back and answered the questions you had something substantial to work with — that could always be changed or embellished later on.

She suggested that we design a group of questions for each category in our Table of Contents and then have a trusted friend or associate interview us using the set of questions — while running a tape to get all the goodies being shared. The point for this is so that we could transcribe it as a friendly conversation you would then be having with the reader instead of stiff matter of fact verbiage.

She was right on when she suggested that we have someone else transcribe the taped notes cause if we did it ourselves we would get drawn into “editing as we went along!* IMHO (in my humble opinion) transcribing the tape yourself is a recipe for failure as I know... whenever I write something I edit, and re-edit and re-edit some more. On the other hand... IF you don't have anyone to transcribe for you, YOU CAN transcribe it yourself, but you MUST remember... JUST TRANSCRIBE... DO NOT edit! (Even writing this here... I wonder if that is as easy as it sounds. BUT... I also know, when I want something and set my mind to it, I CAN follow specific instructions and keep on the straight and narrow.)

Michele touched on Non-Fiction, Fiction, Self Publishing, etc. Check out her website at: http://www.musivation.com/

AND... Stay tuned for my new eBook! (Well, it could happen... I've been thinking about it for quite some time! I just can't find the time to sit still long enough! After Michele's teleseminar who knows!)

Check out Annie's next seminar at: http://www.anniejenningspr.com/telesemnars/ you can't afford not to! The seminars are FREE. Aren't you worth an hour of fun and education. It's free, what are you waiting for!
